Jane helped me out tonight. Whilst, a guy by name Adam has repeatedly helped me in the past. At this point, I just cannot hide my pleasure at the commendable support that your staff often gives.

I also want to say how impressed I am with your support team. I can’t think of anywhere that I get the same level of customer support that I get from your guys. The big guys like BT, British Gas etc could learn a lot from your operation !!

Just a quick note to say that your support is outstanding as ever, and a special thank you to Duncan in Billing, who answered several of my emails today. He provided advice and a solution to a problem I had created, and even went as far as offering to change settings to aid me when I know full well he didn't have to.
