| If you already have a domain name you can use this by simply updating the name servers to point to our network. If you are unsure on how to do this, the company that registered your domain name will do this for you.
If you cannot update the name servers of your domain, or you wish to transfer the domain name over to our Administrative control, the following charges and conditions will apply: If the domain is a .uk domain you will need to change the IPS-TAG of the domain to DATAFLAME. There will be a one of charge of £4.99 + VAT to transfer this over to us.
If the domain is a .com/.net/.org domain, we can transfer the domain name over to us for a one off fee of £7.99 + VAT which will also add a 1 year extension to your expiry date of your domain.
For the transfer to work the current admin email contact of the domain must be your current email address, the domain must be over 90 days old, the domain must not be due to expire within 14 days, or has already expired, and your current registrar must not be blocking the transfer. You will also need the EPP key for the transfer, which your current Registrar can supply to you.
